Terms and conditions

Full terms and conditions are available in Estonian language.

We deliver orders throughout the European Union. Delivery methods are parcel lockers in Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania (delivery is free of charge for orders of 99€ and more) and courier service. Shipping cost is visible in the shopping cart.

For logged-in customers, the prices include an automatic 5% discount.

Payment is possible by Montonio payment module, using banklink and debit/credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The buyer may withdraw from the purchase transaction concluded in the online store within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The returned product must be in exactly the same condition and completeness (including the product’s packaging) as it was at the time of delivery to the buyer. If the returned goods or the sales packaging are damaged, the buyer must compensate for the reduction in the value of the goods. In the case of product returns, the seller will refund the payments made for the order to the buyer’s bank account within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, and this cost is not reimbursed.

The buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority’s Consumer Environment Department and the Consumer Disputes Committee to protect their rights. In addition, the buyer can use the European Union's online platform and ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform to resolve complaints with online traders: Online Dispute Resolution.
