How to buy?
Browse through the category tree on the left side (Variocage crates, dog barriers, toys, etc.) and click on the one you're interested in. You will reach the list of products in that category with short descriptions.
Click on the product name, you'll be taken to the product page with more information and details and photos.
To add the product to the shopping basket, click on the 'add to basket' button. After that, keep on browsing or go to check-out. In the basket view, it is easy to change the quantity of chosen products or delete the entire row.
Once you have your shopping basket finished, click on the 'check-out' button. If you have a discount coupon or gift card code, please add it to the designated field.
You can finish the purchase either as a guest or you can register as a client. Enter your name and e-mail address, confirm that you accept our privacy policy, and click Continue - now you can enter the delivery address. After this, you can choose the delivery method. Smaller items can be delivered to Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania to parcel lockers; please choose the one suitable for you based on the location. Shipping to the EU will be handled by a courier company (Omniva, Cargobus, Matkahuolto, DPD, or PostNord).
If you register as a client, the fields will be filled in automatically after logging in. You can add different delivery addresses and change between those easily. Also, an automatic 5% discount is applied to all prices.
Payments
Payments can be made by banklink, debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer. Banklink and Card Payments service is provided by Montonio.

Gift Cards
To buy an electronic giftcard, please choose that product from the catalogue tree. You can insert the sum as quantity (1 pcs = 1 eur, 40 pcs = 40 eur, etc.). Please write the information of the gift card receiver in the comments section (name, e-mail address, additional notes). Please double check the email address where you want the gift card to be sent!
It is very easy to use a Smartdog.ee gift card. Just add the code from the card in the shopping basket. If the amount on the giftcard is bigger than the value of the shopping basket, the difference will not be refunded. If the value of your shopping basket is bigger, you can pay the difference by bank transfer.
